- After shipment, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return fees.
Return and exchange:
- The customer has the right to return or exchange the products within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Opened, custom-made or healthcare-related products cannot be returned (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
- The refund will be made within 14 working days to the same payment method after receiving and inspecting the product.

- Coupons are valid for a limited period and cannot be used after they expire.
- More than one offer or coupon cannot be combined in the same order.
- Free products included in the offers are not redeemable for cash, but may be exchanged depending on the condition.
