Exchange and Returns

Most of the time, your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if anything goes wrong during order preparation or shipping, we're here to address it as quickly as possible! We also understand that purchasing decisions can sometimes change, so we've made the returns and exchanges process easy and seamless, ensuring your experience with us is always convenient and memorable.


Return and exchange terms

  • You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and attachments in its original packaging, unless the cause is a defect covered by the warranty.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is incomplete, or is different from the product ordered, you can exchange it for the same product or receive an immediate refund within 30 seconds.
  • If you wish to return a product for any other reason, such as a change of mind or using our No Fault Guarantee, you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved, including for orders that received free shipping.
  • If you pay using store credit or free vouchers, the amount will be returned to your digital wallet in the store and cannot be converted to cash.
