Return and exchange terms
- You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and attachments in its original packaging, unless the cause is a defect covered by the warranty.
- If you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is incomplete, or is different from the product ordered, you can exchange it for the same product or receive an immediate refund within 30 seconds.
- If you wish to return a product for any other reason, such as a change of mind or using our No Fault Guarantee, you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved, including for orders that received free shipping.
- If you pay using store credit or free vouchers, the amount will be returned to your digital wallet in the store and cannot be converted to cash.
